Apartment 1611 is located on the 16th level of the west-facing (sunset) side of our most popular building - Freshwater Place. On your right as you enter this luxury apartment is a convenient study/work desk, beyond which is the open-plan living area. Further along on your right, the modern galley kitchen is fitted with SMEG brand European appliances, including oven, microwave, cook-top and dishwasher. The separate bedroom has a comfortable and roomy Queen-size bed and directly accesses a stylish en-suite bathroom. The living area and bedroom are plushly carpeted, while the dining, kitchen and entrance way are tiled for that clean, modern look. The apartment covers 52 square metres or 560 square feet, which is substantially larger than the 'standard' Melbourne hotel room of 32 square metres. Perfect location! This apartment was just across the river from the city so super easy walk into work each day. Plus you’re right across the road from Crown Casino if you want to try your luck while you’re in town. Or just pick one of the many options to eat and drink along the river at Southbank. If you’d prefer to stay in there is an IGA just across the courtyard from the entrance where you can grab something to cook at home. The apartment was first class with AMAZING views of the city and river. Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and washer/dryer combo. Just an all-round great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for 30 days in this apartment. Close to the city. Quiet and safe area with parking. They had super helpful staff. Apartment was clean and has a well-loved interior that can be overlooked with the river views. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
