Facing west towards the setting sun, the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling window commands views of the Yarra River and across Melbourne to the bay. The galley style kitchen is finished in semi-gloss white with a mirrored splash-back and is fitted with top-quality stainless steel SMEG brand appliances. A separate bedroom has a comfortable and spacious queen size bed, there is ample wardrobe space and the bedroom directly accesses an en suite bathroom. There is a combo washer and dryer and a built-in desk/shelving unit for work or study. At 52 square metres or 560 square feet and fully equipped with everything you need, this apartment is ideal for long-stay living.
Perfect location! This apartment was just across the river from the city so super easy walk into work each day. Plus you’re right across the road from Crown Casino if you want to try your luck while you’re in town. Or just pick one of the many options to eat and drink along the river at Southbank. If you’d prefer to stay in there is an IGA just across the courtyard from the entrance where you can grab something to cook at home. The apartment was first class with AMAZING views of the city and river. Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and washer/dryer combo. Just an all-round great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for 30 days in this apartment. Close to the city. Quiet and safe area with parking. They had super helpful staff. Apartment was clean and has a well-loved interior that can be overlooked with the river views. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
