We are excited to announce, that the newly refurbished pool has reopened .
The resident facilities on Level 6 has reopened for double vaccinated residents, and residents must make bookings through MYBOS, our building portal to access the facilities.
As per Government guidelines at this point in time, it is only available for use by those who have shown their double vaccination status, evidence of exemption or children under the age of 16, that will have the ability to make the booking through the MYBOS portal.
Therefore, we ask you to please arrange to show your double vaccination certificate via the Service Victoria App, or evidence of exemption, to concierge asap. They will then enable your access to the MBOS booking system, for the pool, gym & tennis court. (Pool will be available middle to end of November once renovation works are completed)
Concierge will be conducting regular checks to ensure density limits are being followed. All facility users must check in using the QR codes on arrival.

Perfect location, gorgeous and comfortable property- we will be back! Beautifully styled and very clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in were amazing and friendly and made you feel very welcome.
Absolutely everything was amazing. Majority of my stay I was by myself (post-surgery) and the lady who came in to reception made sure I was ok and happy and well. I even had the cleaner help me bring my luggage downstairs while I waited for my husband to come to pick me up. The facilities were fantastic as were the rooms and beds. Smart TV's made my stay very comfortable and the excellent wi-fi connection was the cherry on top. I will be seeking to stay here again the next time I come to Melbourne.
The actual apartment was a standout - great layout, comfortable, Hamptons styling. The view from the rooftop is awesome. I also appreciated the location near the beach, and easy to drive, walk around, or get to public transport. The staff member upon arrival was helpful (and you didn't really need them after that). The apartment had the basic stuff to cook, allowing you to cook without going out. Big tick with washer and dryer appliances as well.
Located in Southbank this fully furnished apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Melbourne's cultural and entertainment facilities, as well as quick and easy access to the City's Central Business District and the St Kilda Road tram. The building has electronic intercom security to screen visitors and security lighting throughout the complex. Recreational facilities include a gymnasium, heated indoor swimming pool and tennis court.
