Located on the 35th floor of the ultra-chic NEO200 building, this is our favorite apartment in the CBD. Watch the sunrise over the city from the generous east-facing balcony, or look southwards for water views of Port Phillip Bay from the tall windows in the dining/kitchen area. The walnut timber flooring - floorboards are a rarity in Melbourne apartments - sets the stage for the tasteful chocolate and white furnishings. The elegant kitchen is finished in high-gloss white with a spacious island bench/breakfast bar and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a study/work desk and both bedrooms are fully carpeted. NEO200 is conveniently located in Melbourne's Central Business District, but is also a short walk from Docklands and Southbank. Directly across busy Spencer Street is a shopping complex including a supermarket, cafe's and fashion outlets. Access to public transport is first class with award-winning Southern Cross Station across the road and Melbourne's free tram network right outside. The Skybus airport bus stop is also directly across the road.
