Our split-level Loft apartments are located in the New Acton South building, just a hop, skip and jump down the lane from the Nishi Building. They offer a little more privacy as you are able to access them directly from the laneway. The Lofts are ideal for long stays and independent travellers who march to the beat of their own drum. Each Loft comes with its own parking space, a small front courtyard and air-conditioning. Each space follows a different aesthetic ethos by focusing on a different designer Grant Featherston, Verner Panton, Vico Magistretti and Achille Castiglioni. Short stays, long stays, even longer stays! We can accommodate everyone!
Been so close to the boat to Tasmania
Massive room for a 1 bedroom apartment. Very clean and well presented.
Beautiful apartments, nice and new!
Great stay! Modern apartments in a great location, interior design of the apartment was very nice. Staff were very friendly.
These apartments have been really nicely done, with big comfortable beds, quality linen and furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very helpful customer service whenever we had any questions or minor issues. A nice temporary home for us for a couple of months after emigrating back to Australia after many years in the UK. Underground parking and weekly cleaning nice extras. There is a tram outside the front door or train station 10 minutes walk away, offering a short ride to the city, and all that Malvern, Armadale and the surrounding suburbs have to offer in the way of nice shops, cafes, restaurants etc just around the corner. I would happily recommend these apartments for either a short holiday stay or longer term.
Nishi Apartmenst are an ideal option when it comes to short-term accommodation. They give you the freedom to live like a local - you get more privacy, more room, and you can cook for yourself (if you want). The apartments are perfectly woven around NewActon's three flagship buildings - South and Nishi. There are a number of different types but they all share the common Ovolo Nishi thread with interiors overseen by Ovolo Nishi's aesthetic curator Don Cameron and Ken Neale (our favourite furniture and object collector). NewActon is a lakeside urban village and Canberra's arts and culture precinct. Here you'll find some of Canberra's best cafes, bars and restaurants, bakery, Palace Electric Cinema, meandering gardens, the Nishi Gallery, an outdoor cinema in the summer time, as well as a hair salon and beauty spot, a gym and pilates place. NewActon is a few minutes walk to the CBD, the theatre district, and the lake. Nishi Apartments are managed by Ovolo Hotels, so their wonderful Happy Shiny People will be there to assist you during your stay.
