What commission & charges are involved with leasing to Corporate Keys?
Please note that should your property be selected as a corporate apartment the rate provided will be a Net figure.
We do not charge any of the following:
Please note: We require all new properties to have professional photographs taken, which we will arrange for you. The cost is approximately A$100 – we don’t add a margin, this is the external photographer’s charge. We also require a floor plan. If you do not already have one we can organise one to be drawn up, again for approximately A$100. The photographs and floor plan remain yours and can be re-used in the future as you see fit.
Who is a typical Corporate Keys client?
Corporate Keys Australia, headquartered in Port Melbourne, Australia, has a dedicated sales team who are responsible for managing the thousands of domestic and international corporate accounts currently using our services. Our complete client base is updated regularly via a monthly newsletter. Once a client lodges a request for accommodation the request is matched to upcoming vacancies. They are also updated weekly with newly released apartment options.
The Sales team is also responsible for generating new corporate business and tracking all new projects planned for Melbourne businesses and government agencies. Corporate Keys is not an internet accommodation booking company. Corporate Keys sales team actively promotes our business to the Australian & International corporate market.
What is the average length of stay?
Our guest’s average length of stay is 3-5 months. Guests are also given a discount of 5% for committing to a stay of 3 months or more. This does not affect your weekly return, we absorb the discount.
My property is currently unfurnished; do you provide a furniture package we can purchase?
Many of the properties we take on are unfurnished – we can arrange the furniture for you. Corporate Keys has exclusive arrangements with a range of suppliers which provide a complete furnishing package to our specifications. This total fit-out includes all furniture, electrical goods, kitchen, laundry items and installation. After installation the apartment is ready for the first guest to move in with just a suitcase.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in any of our corporate apartment buildings.
What happens if a client does not pay? Does the owner still get paid?
Our owners get paid irrespective of whether our clients have paid their invoices. We have a dedicated accounts team that is responsible for generating the specific invoicing reports required by our corporate clients.
