The Australian Wooden Boat Festival is the largest free event in Tasmania and one or world’s premiere maritime events. Volunteers, boat owners, businesses, and community groups come together once every two years to create an experience that is inclusive, educational, community-oriented, and joyous. Through a series of workshops, demonstrations, competitions, displays and interactive events we celebrate Australia's maritime heritage, and the people who keep it alive.
