Art Fundamentals with Tutor Matt Hamar

Whether you have never made art before, or it has been some time, this is the perfect class to build your basic art skills. In this relaxed environment they will explore simple techniques, diverse materials, and help you find creative courage and excitement to continue your art practice.

Open to all levels and abilities or experience. Small classes allow for one-to-one attention making this perfect for beginners as well as the more experienced.

Drawing forms a large component of the class however, a variety of media such as ink, charcoal and paint are also used.

Classes are centred around an idea or technique which students can work on in their own way.
Students are encouraged to bring in projects they are working on or ideas they wish to work with for discussion/advice.
