Adjunct is a mini survey exhibition highlighting the art practice of John Parkes and his association with the Wangaratta Art Gallery, particularly the biennial Wangaratta Contemporary Textile Award.
To celebrate the 2019 award and to acknowledge Parkes as a nationally significant contemporary practitioner, this selection of works reflect the thinking and processes of an artist/maker attempting to slow the pace of the 21st century.
